The software your operation runs on, shipped in weeks.

I'm Felipe Bianchini, a software engineer in Brazil. I build custom systems where payments, hardware and AI sit on the critical path: card terminals, IoT controllers, WhatsApp support with AI, operations dashboards. You follow every stage live, and the code and IP are 100% yours.

The first call is free. Written proposal within 48 hours.

CRM with AI

Client: Planet PizzaFood service · commercial operationsIn production

WhatsApp inbox with AI replies and a conversation waiting for the team to take over
The problem
The commercial operation lived across spreadsheets, personal WhatsApp and team memory. Leads went cold without follow-up, campaigns had no tracking, and nobody knew which stage each client was in.
What I built
A custom CRM, built on top of the real operation: a staged pipeline, tasks and follow-ups, campaigns with idempotent import, official WhatsApp Cloud API support, and an AI layer that answers only from confirmed menu data and hands the conversation to the team whenever it is unsure.
Result
Every commercial conversation now happens in one place, with history, an AI-to-human handoff queue and message-level traceability. Redis queues keep campaigns and imports from taking down support.

How it works

  1. WhatsApp message
  2. BullMQ job
  3. AI checks confirmed data
  4. Replies or hands off to the team
  5. History and audit trail

Lavei Mais

Self-service laundry · in-person paymentsIn production

Home screen of the Lavei Mais POS app
The problem
A self-service laundry needed to run without an operator: the customer arrives, pays, and the machine unlocks. Without that, every payment depended on someone on site to check and start the equipment.
What I built
An Android kiosk app for Sunmi P2-B terminals, integrated with the Stone SDK. The flow summarizes the machine and amount, takes card or PIX on the terminal itself, confirms the transaction and unlocks the equipment automatically.
Result
The store runs without an attendant. Payment, confirmation and unlock became a single flow on the terminal, with failure handling designed for continuous use at the physical point.

How it works

  1. Customer picks a machine
  2. Card or PIX on Stone
  3. Payment confirmed
  4. Machine unlocks

Chopp Self-Service

Bars and events · draft-beer self-serviceIn production

Site connection map: cloud, Wi-Fi router, three ESP32 controllers and six taps with status
The problem
Self-service beer points need something hard: charge exactly what was poured and unlock the tap only for whoever paid, with physical hardware in the middle and several units spread out.
What I built
A complete platform: an operational web app, a NestJS API, payment integration and a C++ controller running on ESP32 that talks to the tap over MQTT. Payment creates a token, the token authorizes the hardware, consumption comes back in real time.
Result
The partner follows poured volume, sessions, commissions and payouts per site in a single dashboard. An offline controller or a low keg shows up before it becomes a problem at the counter.

How it works

  1. Payment approved
  2. Release token
  3. ESP32 over MQTT
  4. Tap unlocks
  5. Telemetry on the dashboard

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope. After the first call you get a written proposal within 48 hours, with a fixed price per stage, in USD, EUR or BRL. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted in the same proposal.

How long does it take?

Integrations and automations: 3 to 7 days. Web systems and apps: 1 to 2 weeks. Full MVPs: from 2 weeks. The timeline is in the proposal and you follow it on the project portal.

How does payment work?

A stage-based contract with a deposit at the start. Each stage is invoiced when it is delivered, in USD, EUR or BRL.

Do you work with companies outside Brazil?

Yes. Calls in English, contracts and invoices in USD or EUR, and an NDA with IP assignment signed before we start. From UTC-3 I overlap with most of the US workday and with European afternoons.

Can you integrate payments, hardware and WhatsApp?

Yes. Stripe, PIX (Brazil's instant payments), Stone card terminals, the WhatsApp Cloud API, ESP32 controllers and MQTT sensors are part of most projects. The integration is part of the delivery.

Is the code mine?

Yes, 100%. Code, design, documentation, access and IP are transferred on delivery. You can keep working with me or with any other team.

What happens after delivery?

Fixes are included for the first 7 days. After that, new features are quoted by scope, and optional monthly maintenance covers updates, backups and monitoring.

Tell me what needs to work. You'll hear back within 24 hours.

The first call is free. If I can solve it, you get a written proposal within 48 hours. If it is not a fit, I will point you to someone who is.
